Refund policy
DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY: No refunds/or exchanges due to sanitary purposes, this product consisting of insertion of the nails and we would like to consider the safety of our customers. We highly suggest when ordering to match your current nail sets to our size chart details finger to screen and measurements preferably for each finger or to purchase both widths /&or lengths to accommodate your custom nail sizing when purchasing for the first time for the best size match.Â
RETURN/REFUND EXCEPTIONS (DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY): If we provided you with the wrong size suggestion via the “Need Help” chat/or via Email per your inquiry to us before you checked out to ensure you got the correct size. If you didn’t receive a tracking number 5 days after ordering, your request of a refund will be honored. If you received the wrong order, viewed your packaging slip and product details without trying on product. (Return item by placing the product in unopened packaging, tape to secure and write RETURN TO SENDER ON PACKAGE once you marked the packaging email us a photo of the return packaging). We will not honor anything else outside of these terms of exceptions.Â
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – FINAL SALE
Due to international shipping costs, customs regulations, and transit times, all international orders are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders once they have shipped.
Sizing Responsibility
Please review our Finger Size Guide carefully before placing your order.
Sizing selection is the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing on international orders.
Shipping Cost Consideration
International shipping costs are often higher than the product price. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing a reasonable quantity or bundle to make your order worthwhile.
Refunds or replacements may only be issued if:
- The Product item arrives damaged (may be dependent upon carrier insurance as all orders are examined and photographed before shipping), or
- The item received is incorrect
Proof (photos/video) must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to qualify.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
ALL CUSTOMERS
Modification Request: May request a modification to your order as long as you haven’t received a notification that your order has been labeled for shipping. To start a modification order request you can contact us at support@nailtecs.shop or send a message via our chat box “Need Help (?)”, Your request will be reviewed and If accepted, we will update the changes within the time frame and ship within the time frame provided in checkout details.Â
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue brought to our attention with the photos and concern description, please note we inspect each item and take photos on our end as well to make sure we are servicing you with good quality and no defects before we ship your items. Please note that excess silicone, faded printing is not considered damaged or defective. Defective and damage Nailtecs would be considered torn, split or image not visible at all- we must see these defects in our documented photo of your order in order to honor these defects/damages. Packaging will not be our responsibility as the carrier is informed to handle with care to be presented as in the manner we shipped it, this too will have to be reported to USPS if the packaging caused your items in the package to be damaged or missing.Â
Modifications:
We will notify you via email, once we’ve review your request (Please provide your order number, email and best contact number for communications) and let you know if the request was approved or not. This will depend on the time of request, if the item is in stock (could delay shipping time frame if out of stock) and the value difference of order. If approved, your new order request will be begin being processed once the additional cost if any is paid. Please note that your modification request must be equal to the original order amount or more. If it’s under the value of the order you will receive a credit.Â
